About the Event
This exhibition represents our Ambassador’s thoughts and feelings towards their past experiences going through their mental health journey. It will showcase how they’ve overcome trying times and come out the other-side with greater empathy, resilience and bravery. This exhibition will include written pieces from our ambassadors in the form of a “Letter to Yourself”, whereby they address their past selves experiencing mental health challenges, mental health poems in different forms, and artistic interpretations of what they experience inside their mind via some 3D printed brains.
