Where/what has been important to you in your mental health journey? Why?

Animals. They seem to understand your emotions and are willing to just be with you and comfort you. When I am feeling low, I would go to visit a neighbourhood dog. Their pureness makes me feel so relaxed and I can just escape from my emotions. Petting and playing with them totally changes my mood.
